OUR STORY
Established in Perth since 1999
Founded after 20+ years in public and private accounting—initially in South Africa, then Perth from 1999—we keep our practice boutique. Your work is handled directly by experienced chartered accountants who know you, your structure, and your history, not passed along a chain.
We assist clients at every stage: tax returns, BAS lodgements, financial statements, SMSF compliance, ASIC obligations, investment property tax advice, and business acquisition due diligence.

Umberto Santoriello
CA, FCPA, CA(SA), B Acc, NTAA
Umberto was born on Italy's Amalfi Coast and moved to South Africa with his family at a very young age, where he was raised and educated. He entered the accounting profession in 1974, completing his articles at a mid-tier firm while earning a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from the University of the Witwatersrand.
In 1979 he joined Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), spending two years auditing public companies before moving into private practice in 1982. Over the next seventeen years he built and grew a boutique accounting firm, developing deep tax and accounting expertise and forming close, lasting relationships with clients as their businesses expanded.
Umberto relocated to Perth with his family in 1999, requalifying as a CA and CPA and later earning Fellowship of CPA Australia. He remains a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants South Africa and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. He now leads a boutique North Perth practice delivering tax, accounting and advisory services, along with due diligence and investment property tax advice — guided by a simple principle: treat every client's business as if it were his own, with honesty and integrity at its core.
Tavani Atkinson
CA, B Bus
Tavani Atkinson was born in South Africa and moved to Perth, Australia, with her family to pursue her Bachelor of Business at Edith Cowan University (ECU).
While completing her degree, Tavani commenced her career with U S Professional Partners in 2012. Over the years, she has developed strong and lasting relationships with her clients, taking the time to understand their businesses and individual needs.
Tavani takes great pride in her work and approaches every client's business as if it were her own, providing a personalised and practical approach to accounting and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Tavani is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and is committed to maintaining a high standard of professional service for all her clients.
